Can I combine shipping on multiple items?

We are happy to accommodate you. You will only be charged one shipping rate.

Do you ship to APO/FPO mailboxes?

Yes, this option is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we offer secure payment via, PayPal, or your credit card. You do not need an account if you choose to pay via PayPal.

What if i want to cancel my order?

In an attempt to provide you the best possible service, we do our best to ship promptly. It is possible that your order can be shipped within an hour of our receiving it. If your order has not been shipped, we will be happy to simply cancel it for you. If it has been shipped, you may return it for a refund.

If you made your purchase through Amazon, simply log into your Amazon account and cancel the order from there.

US customers can follow the return and exchange instructions inside your package once you receive it.

Your satisfaction is super important to us, because we want HAPPY BABIES and PARENTS. After all, that’s why we are in this business in the first place. If you are not 100% satisfied, we want to hear from you. With every new product, there may be a few uncertainties; we are certainly here to help.


US customers can follow return/exchange instructions received in their packages.
Otherwise, simply complete our quick form and print a copy, print the return shipping label, and send the item back to us.


  • 1-year return policy: We are pleased to offer you a 365 day return/exchange period from the date of your purchase. Don’t
    worry about original packaging – we will take it as you have it. Effective as of July 2014.
  • We accept all returns/exchanges. You didn’t like it? Wrong size or color? Just didn’t work out? We’ll take it back.
  • FREE returns for USA customers: That’s right. We will send you a return label and ship your exchange back to you for free.
    We do ask that international customerspay for the returned shipping. However, we will ship your exchanged order back to you FOR FREE.
  • Returned items: You will receive your full refund as soon as we receive the returned item.
  • Exchanged items. We will ship your replacements as soon as we receive the item you need an exchange for.
  • The item must have been purchased via this website. If your purchase was made through another vendor, please contact
    your vendor directly.
